Swimming Pool Waterfalls

Adding a waterfall to a concrete swimming pool is one of the most popular ways to incorporate a water feature in a swimming pool design. And as there are an endless number of ways to design your next concrete pool, there are also an endless array of waterfall types and designs to give you the water effect you desire. Some of those examples include the following: sheer rain waterfalls, lighted waterfalls, custom designed waterfalls, sheer curtain waterfalls, swimming pool rock waterfalls, sheer descent waterfalls with extended lips, and more.

Gushers and Deck Jets

These affordable swimming pool water features come in a wide-variety. A gusher or bubbler produces small bubbling streams of water that shoot up in a vertical position. These water effects are often found in the shallow water of a tanning ledge. Deck jets produce streaming arcs of water and are available with a narrow fan jet spray, precision jet spray and multi-stream jet spray. Their arc heights and widths are also adjustable.

Scuppers and Sconces

Two more affordable water features for swimming pools are scuppers and sconces. Scuppers are basically holes in a wall through which water pours down and into the pool providing the soothing sound of running water. A decorative sconce offers the same water effect. However, these feature ornate designs on pool walls which the water flows through into the pool.

Water Fountains and Spouts

Like waterfalls, swimming pool fountains come in a wide-range of designs and a wide-range of prices. These water features are pleasing to both the eyes and the ears. Water fountains can also be custom designed to add a beautiful water effect to your luxury swimming pool. Spouts can be as simple or as ornate as you wish. With a small footprint (often built into pots on your pool deck) they deliver water flow for visual effect or for water sounds.
